Fog of Mind is practical support and education. It is not therapy, and it does not replace clinical care.

If someone is in crisis, your workplace should follow your established safeguarding and support pathways. Where appropriate, I will always encourage professional support and signpost to the right services.

Confidentiality matters. If we include paired discussion exercises, I set clear expectations so people feel safe, respected, and not exposed.
