Book a Mental Health Talk
I am John Wozniak, and I help people deal with their mental health
Fog of Mind brings practical mental health support into real working life. No hype. No buzzwords. No therapy claims. Just simple tools people can use straight away to feel steadier, clearer, and more in control. Fog of Mind does what it says on the tin, it is not therapy, and it does not replace clinical care.
If your team is carrying stress, pressure, change fatigue, or that quiet “I’m fine” that clearly is not fine, this is a way to start the conversation early, before things hit crisis level.
What your people will leave with
A good talk should not just be inspiring. It should be usable.
Your audience will leave with:
- The confidence to talk about mental health
- A clear way to spot early warning signs in themselves (and what to do next)
- Simple routines that reduce mental noise and improve day-to-day energy
- A practical framework for stress, sleep, hydration, food, and movement
- Language that helps people speak up sooner, without shame
- Permission to be human, while staying responsible and capable at work
Who this is for
Fog of Mind works well for:
- Construction, engineering, logistics, and hands-on industries
- Education and frontline support roles
- NHS teams and high-pressure care settings
- Leadership groups who want a grounded, credible approach
- Men over 40 (a key focus), while remaining relevant to everyone in the room

Trust, boundaries, and responsibility
Fog of Mind is practical support and education. It is not therapy, and it does not replace clinical care.
If someone is in crisis, your workplace should follow your established safeguarding and support pathways. Where appropriate, I will always encourage professional support and signpost to the right services.
Confidentiality matters. If we include paired discussion exercises, I set clear expectations so people feel safe, respected, and not exposed.
